Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4th December 2025

Welcome to InYouGo ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information fairly, lawfully, and transparently. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your data when you use our website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Who We Are

InYouGo is operated by InYouGo Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16665401.

Registered office: 27 New Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent, UK, CT1 3DN.

You can contact us at privacy@inyougo.com.

Our Role Under Data Protection Law

Our role varies depending on how you interact with our services:

  • InYouGo Website and App: When you use the InYouGo website or mobile app directly, create an account, or purchase tickets, we act as the Data Controller for your personal data.
  • Branded Booking Flows: When you purchase tickets through a venue's website that uses our embedded booking technology (including custom domains), we act as a Data Processor on behalf of the venue or event organiser, who is the Data Controller. The venue's privacy policy will also apply to your transaction.
  • Account Creation via Branded Flows: If you choose to create an InYouGo account while using a branded booking flow, you become a direct user of InYouGo, and we become a Data Controller for your account data alongside our role as processor for the transaction.
  • Imported Ticket Data: Some of our venue partners share ticket information with us. If you create an InYouGo account and choose to link this data, you are electing for that information to be associated with your account, at which point we become a Data Controller for that data.
